Our respected client is seeking an electrical engineering professional, preferably with experience in a multinational consumer goods, food, or pharmaceutical company, for the job of Project Engineer (Electrical), to be based in Cileungsi, West Java, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to the Project Manager.


Key job responsibilities will include:


 Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements


 Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management


 Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors


 Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates


 Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests


 Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications calculating time requirements sequencing project elements


 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress coordinating activities resolving problems


 Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes recommending actions.


 Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts


 Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends recommending actions


 Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations


 Maintains project data base by writing computer programs entering and backing up data


 Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations


 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Job Requirements


 At least 5 years’ experience in Consumer Goods/Food/Pharmaceutical Company


 Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from reputable University


 Having skills in : Project Management, Analytical skills, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management,


 Supervision, AUTO CAD / MS Project


 Good English

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a state-owned Financial Advisory company that is seeking a business development professional to fill this job which will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for market research, screening potential projects, setting credible tools for business pipeline on behalf of the company as well as increasing stakeholders’ awareness on the business process. This is a senior position reporting to the Head of Business Development. This is a demanding job perfect for a market savvy professional.


Key responsibilities will include:


 Conducting market research in order to gather business intelligence


 Screening potential projects


 Creating working model/framework for business development


 Creating business pipeline development criteria


 Increase stakeholders’ awareness on the business process

The winning candidate will be responsible for valuation, contractual management, risk management and financial analysis. This is a senior position reporting to the Chief of Operation (COO). This is a demanding job perfect for a risk management/financial advisor professional.


Key responsibilities will include:


 Conducting risk management/valuation


 Handling project management and project financing


 Drafting and reviewing contractual agreement


 Conducting financial analysis


 Creating request for proposals (RFP)
