Blue Sky Hotel saat ini sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja Terbaru 2013.

We are currently looking the candidate for:

FRONT DESK AGENT

General Requirements :

• Male or Female 19-25 years old


• Graduete from hotel school would be preferred


• Positive attitude, dynamic, well presented and creative thinking


• Flexible,High moivate,honest,attrative,energic and creative under pressure


• Good English writen and spoken and computer literate


• Service person oriented


• Good personality and positive attitude


• Familiar with Realta is an advantage

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Female


• Age between 30-40 years old


• Minimum 5 year experience in same position


• Personality : Self driven, highly motivated, energetic, initiative, innovative, result oriented


• Work well and hard with a team and has the ability to work independently


• Proficient in MS. Office, Presentation Material and HR&GA Application


• Excellent knowledge in HR & GA Procedures & Process (recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee development plan, job description, communication, and plant maintenance)


• Excellent knowledge in Industrial Regulations, Contracting, Negotiation and Procurement.


• Excellence service and guest satisfaction oriented


• Good command of both spoken & written English


• Have positive attitude toward work

 

WAITRESS / WAITER

General Requirement :

• Posses a diploma / degree from reputable Hospitality School or University


• Minimum 1 year of track record in relevant position in Hos pitality Industry


• Well groomed, energetic, proactive, guest oriented, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
