CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
GLC Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client, a multinational building materials manufacturing and distribution company. Our client is a European origin company producing plasterboard and lightweight construction systems, gypsum plasters including formulated plasters for building and industrial applications, ceiling systems including insulating and acoustic solutions and other products for interior fittings. At the moment, they are looking for experienced person to fill the position of Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure customer satisfaction on service activities, on his/her area
- To work cooperatively with Field Service and Service Operations
- To be the Customer – main contact
- Establishes and maintains credible communication and working relationships with customer and business groups
- Reviews and updates procedures / system to ensure best possible service to achieve highest customer satisfaction
- Setting up, measure and report CSR related KPI to upper management, in regular basis, as well as working on its continuous improvement
- Identify and solve issue and customer complaint at the early stage, working proactively with other related functions
Requirements:
- Male/Female, at least 10 years working experience in Customer Care / Customer Service
- Familiar with B2B type of customers
- Preferably coming from similar industry (e.g. Constructions, Building Materials, Manufacturing)
- Willing to be placed at the factory in Cikande, Banten
- General knowledge of business acumen and customer satisfaction indices
- English and Computer proficient
- Good interpersonal / people management, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in team environment
