SSN’s main operation is located in Tangerang. SSN distributes directly and indirectly to more than 1,000 traditional markets and modern retail outlets across Indonesia.

SALES EXECUTIVE (SE)

Responsibilities

• Pencapaian target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan


• Membuat laporan


• Memasarkan produk

Requirements

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun


• Pendidikan min D-III (sederajat)


• Memiliki Kendaraan bermotor & SIM C


• Pengalaman min 1 tahun dan di utamakan di Modern Market/Horeka


• Pekerja keras, ulet dan jujur, komunikasi baik, displin


• Dapat bekerja sama dengan team dan target oriented


• Incentive menarik bagi yang berhasil

RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guest


• Receive incoming and outgoing calls and transfer to user


• Manage day-to-day data of guests


• Receive and distribute letter


• Prepare meeting room and check cleanliness

Requirements

• Female


• Age maximum 26 years of age.


• Good command of English, verbal and written


• Minimum D3 degree in any reputable institution.


• Attractive appearance with good communication skills.


• Mature, detail oriented and fast worker.


• Good team player

 

INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Identify activities subject to audit coverage, evaluates their significance and assesses the degree of risk inherent in the activity in terms of materiality, cost and schedule


• conducts the audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations


• Performs and leads audits for assigned areas of operations, including financial, operational and compliance audits, in accordance with acceptable audit standards and within stipulated schedules and budgets


• Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation


• Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.


• Enacts thorough and practical knowledge of audit methodology techniques; Leads discussions to obtain detailed understanding of business or functional area processes, systems and applications

Requirements

• Have min. 2 years experience of Audit


• Have a good knowledge of numeric & good analytical skills


• Familiar with IFRS / IAS Accounting standards


• Good understanding in Financial audit is a must


• Good proficiency of English


• Willing to travel


• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.


• High integrity and able to work under pressure


• Self motivated & can work under minimum supervision

 

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Overall project management for Residential, Hotel, and Office Buildings.


• Budget and cost control management


• Coordination of Master schedule of overall project


• Coordination of project matters with internal departments, ex: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/electrical engineering


• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as M&E Consultants or Contractors


• Good technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical and experience of Mechanical and Electrical cost planning and post-contract works for commercial building projects.


• Good understanding in engineering construction, ME system and materials


• Good command in English (oral and written)
