Our client is looking for highly qualified person to join in our company for the posisition of :

ASSISTANT MANAGER LEGAL

• Age max. 35 years old


• A law degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) or master degree (S2) in law will be an advantage


• Comprehensive knowledge in various legal matters specifically in property business


• Minimum work experience is 5 (five) years in property company


• Excellent drafting and negotiation skill with a strong commercial and legal argument


• Smart, highly motivated person, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working


• Excellent ability to communicate in English both oral and writing


• Able to work independently, able to deliver a work within tight dead line, ready to work under pressure


• Computer skills : MS-Word, Excel, Power Point


• Have a good command of English both oral & written


• Smart, highly motivated person, hard worker, independent person but good as a team player

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING

• Male or female, good looking, max. age 30 years old.


• Min. Bachelor degree majoring in economic, marketing, business, management or any related discipline from reputable university.


• Having 3-5 years experiences in marketing research and analyst specifically in Property Industry.


• Candidate should also have a strong Marketing Research background and research mindset with experience in Property Research.


• Excellent command of English and Bahasa with proficiency in report writing and excellent presentation skills.


• Advanced on MS Office, Excel and Power Point.

ASSISTANT MANAGER ACCOUNTING

• Male or female with maximum age 35 years old


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with min. index 3.00 from reputable University


• Minimum 5 years working experiences in property business


• Familiar to handle cash flow & budgeting also able to make consolidated financial statements


• Expertise on accounting standard and knowledgeable in tax regulation in Indonesia related to service industry, preferably in hospital


• Computer literature (MS Office)


• Smart, able to work under minimum supervision & under pressure, team player
