We are looking for competent people to fill in the following positions :

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM)

Requirement :

• Age 35-42 years old


• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, Majoring in any field


• At least 3 years experiences as National Sales Manager in Consumer Goods esp. Skin Care


• Have knowledge in Product Management


• Excellent Communication, Presentation, Negotiation and Relationship Building Skills


• Strong Leadership, Good Analytical Thinking


• Proven track record of sales


• Fluent in English (both oral and written)


• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia


• Will be located at Jakarta
  

Job Description :

• Achieve sales and profits per company’s growth objectives


• Build strong relations with key accounts and business associates


• Plan and implement effective sales strategies and programs


• Collaborate closely with Marketing in the planning and execution of marketing programs


• Collaborate with Supply Chain in providing accurate sales forecast and excellent customer service


• Conduct sales, coverage and channel analysis to increase team’s productivity and efficiency
