Currently we are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, results oriented and innovative person to fill the role of:
SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER
Responsibilities:
- Technical leader of a global development team
- Develop, implement and support applications and tools used for web application
- Provide technical recommendations and documentation as well as evaluating new technologies
- Create documentation for processes and implementations
- Provide input and direction to solutions for client requirements.
- Identify and implement both technical and process improvements and solutions.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of new technology, equipment, and systems.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in software development projects
- Experience with .NET development and other Microsoft development technology skill set.Net framework 2, Jquery, sql syntax prefer oracle, database design, hmtl, strong analystic, fast adapt with other people code, experience in create custom control, Jqgrid, node.js and extjs are advantages.
EXPERINCE JUNIOR .NET DEVELOPER
Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing and developing new feature functionality for software applications per customer or internal specifications.
- Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects in designated application code.
- Participate in product architectural design from business requirements
- Implement middle-tier business components in C# and .NET
- Develop unit tests for newly implemented components
- Enhance and maintain existing middle-tier software and help support production environment
- Write architectural, design and code documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science/Information Technology or related major.
- Having knowledge and/or experience in the following programming languages :Strong Knowledge and skill in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET
- ASP .NET (C# or VB.net)
- SQL Language (DBMS concept and implementation using MS SQL 2008 Database)
- Jquery, Ajax, Javascript, XHTML, XML.
- Preferably having experience in SharePoint Implementation
- Skill on database programming (SQL Server, Oracle, Mysql)
- Good in Algorithm, Eager to Learn and Very like programming
- Good communication, personal skill, Hard worker and team player
- Having good motivation in self learning
- Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage

- Apply design pattens and industry best practices in software development.

- Coordinate with the Platform team ensure the necessary services are exposed in RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge in J2EE, Messaging and enterprise integration.
- Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
- Experience with application frameworks such Spring framework, Hibernate etc.
- Experience with J2EE application using Web container or EJB container such as Apache Tomcat or JBoss.
- Experience using web services to communicate with applications is a strong plus.

This role involves:
• general business management including administration and operations
• business development including:
o creating, implementing and driving the initial market entry strategies
o implementing and driving the e-marketing strategy
o working collaboratively with the founders to ensure key milestones and goals are reached
o developing and leading business development and expansion initiatives
o relationship management with existing and potential service users
o monitoring all levels of activities, ROI metric and campaign evaluation
o answering enquiries from potential service users on a timely basis
The role is highly autonomous and results driven. It is expected the Business Manager will be responsible to drive the ramp up of the business and remuneration will be highly aligned to the results achieved. This role is instrumental for the success of the business and lucrative bonuses will be available when a consistent successful track record is demonstrated.
A team of marketing executives reporting directly to the Business Manager will be recruited to support the continual growth of the business at the expansion stage.

• preferably have a successful track record of converting online opportunities into revenue
• process an excellent relationship building and maintenance skills
