Scope of works :


Monitor the overall CPM Franchise Business network within certain area or for certain key accounts, including obtaining major investors/franchisers by presenting the business model and cement market data analysis related to other building materials, building and maintaining network to attract new investors and conduct market development (within the particular area or for certain key accounts); Manage CPM Franchise Business Network within certain area and/or for certain key accounts by ensuring standard quality of products and services over time and assuring investors adhere to the set standards outlined in the franchise agreement and/or requirements related to franchising roll out while providing sound business advice on growing the Solusi Rumah business within a certain area and/or for certain key accounts.


Requirements


Education :


Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major


Experience :


  • Sales/ business development experience and certain construction project management exposure is preferred

  • Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as project manager, assistant project manager, supervisor/ coordinator or architect and designer

  • Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management

Computer literacy :

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers (conventional and Solusi Rumah)

Requirements

  • Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Prepare and submit monthly reports in accordance with Indonesian finance and accounting regulations


Prepare the SPM and SPT for article 21, 23, 23, 26, 4(2), VAT,


Advise company regarding Withholding Tax and VAT and administer accordingly.


Liaise with external auditor and tax consultant in Indonesia.


E-SPT


Advise and manage the transferring of funds internationally to maintain cash flow

Monitor and manage petty cash for the office

Prepare transactions at the end of each month in a timely manner.

Prepare all voucher related accounting job, payment voucher, receive voucher, journal voucher, etc.

Credit control function including liaising with key client personnel


Requirements


Very Good command of both English and Indonesian, written and spoken

S1 degree in Accounting from recognised university

Experience in payroll operations

Must be fully conversant with Indonesian taxes, Jamsostek, tax calculation

Must be legally permitted to produce accounts suitable for official audit in Indonesia

Experience with an organisation that has international transactions in multiple countries, and the tax, legal and logistical knowledge that is associated with international business administration is highly desirable

Experience in contract recruitment/manpower outsourcing business desirable

Experience in related oil and gas sector desirable but not essential

The successful candidate should have the ability to work within a small team with a minimum of supervision following internal process training. Use own initiative to set timescales with the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks when required.

Responsibilities


  • Mengoperasikan mesin digital printing atau mesin offset.

  • Mengefisienkan penggunaan bahan dan mengoptimalkan operasional mesin.

  • Melakukan troubleshooting mesin apabila diperlukan.

  • Memelihara mesin dan mengatur pemakaian consumables.

Requirements


  • Pria, berpengalaman dibidang digital printing.

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA

  • Mempunyai dedikasi tinggi, disiplin, terorganisir, dan cermat.

  • Mampu menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik.

  • Bisa mengoperasikan komputer dengan efisiensi tinggi.
