TALENT MANAGEMENT – JAKARTA
Responsibilities:
- Design, set, and deploy talent readiness activities at all levels of the organization including, but not limited to, high-potential assessments, promotional assessments, and general leadership readiness.
- Serve as one of the organization’s thought leaders related to assessing and developing leadership bench at all levels.
- Lead instructional designer(s) in the creation of functional and leadership training.
- Perform talent readiness needs analyses collaboratively with mid- to senior-level leaders from all functions.
- Create project plans and content for learning content delivered at annual store manager and field management meetings.
- Lead or assist with periodic talent calibration activities, including delivering persuasive recommendations to mid- to senior-level organizational leadership.
- Serve as a consultative resource to the director of organizational development related to defining leadership success.
- Manage relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
- Create and deploy methodologies related to identifying high-potential talent.
- In partnership with others, create tools to measure training ROI, including linking deliverables to measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain a constant network of support; research and select subject matter experts that can assist in content design, deployment options and help address execution challenges when necessary.
- Analyze and plan for long-term organizational needs and capabilities, related learning requirements to increase organizational capability and comprehensive budgets to support that plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum exp. 5 years in Human Resources
- Max 38 Years old
- Able to give presentation in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, high achiever and has good leadership

DIRECT DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities :
- Selecting suitable candidates to form the sales force and recommending employment, promotion, when appropriate.
- Defining the type and size of a sales organization structure in order to achieve sales objectives, reviewing it, making recommendation for adjustment and charges.
- Developing, motivating, directing and controlling the sales force by stimulating leadership for efficient operation.
- Continuously evaluating and reviewing sales performance to sales target and initiating revisions to previously forecast our turn as appropriate.
- Working closely together with all team to ensure they find maximum cooperation in providing all necessary support to distribute company’s product.
- Feed back all major customer complaint, comments on promotional theme & material used to Product Manager.
- To find new area opportunity for existing product and possible new product (market development).
- Keeping up to date market information and competitors activities.
- Setting Incentive Scheme for sales force and incentive for traders, distributors, and or the customers.
- Setting the sales target area, by distributor’s branches, by product, by channel, by type of outlet, by territory, and by rayon.
- Preparing, recommending the proposal for sampling, for promotion as supporting activities from team, from distributors, from the customers or from users.
- Evaluating and preparing a report for all action of sales program.
- Evaluating for absence and discipline of sub ordinate.
- Submits monthly Performance Report by account
Requirements :
- University Degree in related fields
- 6 – 7 years experience as a sales manager or depo manager in Multi-National Companies.
- Familiar with market of fast moving consumer good products
- Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skill
- Effective of leading and motivating a team
- Effective relationship management, communication
- Good levels of drive and influencing skill
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Computer literate
ENGINEER MANAGER
(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities :
- Carry out engineering work such as system planning and design including Single Line Diagram, Substation Layout, Substation Layout and Interface design
- Request for quotation and prepare bill of materials and specification
- Manage schedule and logistic planning
- Support project team in managing customer relations
- Work closely with company’s Headquarter in Japan and related companies in Singapore and Indonesia etc. to complete the jobs assigned
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and suppliers to fulfill job assignment
Requirements :
- Degree in Electrical or Power System Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in T&D engineering field
- Possess SKA certificate, minimum intermediate level
- Good team player
- Possess good communication and leadership skills
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Have access to key accounts in Indonesia for power and industrial T&D markets
- Travelling to Japan and Singapore for Business trip is expected

Responsibilities :

Requirements
- Experienced as Compliance Senior Manager at least 5 years
- Strong in Compliance on MNC Pharmaceutical Company

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the GM to drive growth and increase distribution and penetration in Indonesia
- Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in their markets
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Identifying new leads to build a comprehensive network of dealers for sewing machines, bag closers, new machine projects and overhaul projects of automatic bagging system

Requirements:
- Graduate from S1 reputable university major in Mechanical Engineering
- About 4 (four) years experience in Sales division in packaging machine
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point is required
