PT. Australia Indonesian Milk Industries (PT INDOMILK) was established in 1967 as a form of foreign investment to produce sweetened condensed milk in a modern way for Indonesian. In 1986, PT INDOMILK gained the PMDN status (Domestic Investment) after undergone several transformation in technology and capital.
To strengthen the synergies in corporate entities, we carried out the merger of PT. Australia Indonesian Milk Industries (PT. INDOMILK), PT. Indomurni Dairy Industries, PT. Ultrindo, PT. INDOLAKTO and PT. Indoeskrim into a single umbrella of business, namely PT. INDOLAKTO in April 2008.

PT Indolakto is one of the largest producers company of dairy products in Indonesia. Popular brands such asINDOMILK, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Orchid Butter, and Indoeskrim have been known for decades. Indolako produces; powder milk, liquid (Ultra High Temperature or UHT, sterilized bottled, pasteurized) and sweetened condensed milk. In addition, it also produces butter, ice cream and yoghurt drink. To fulfill demand’s market, PT Indolakto has built 5 factories in Jakarta, West and East Java.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – (PDS)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all production process and ensure all work plans are achieved
- Analyze potential problem and giving recommendation for trouble shooting
- Arrange work plan with PPIC team, Engineering and Lab to meet production target regarding quality and quantity
Requirements
- Possess strong leadership in supervisor level, problem solving, and decision making skills
- 1-2 years experience in related position for diary industry / manufacturing industry
- Bachelor of Chemist/Physics/Food Technology. Min GPA 2.70 out of 4.00
- Placement Jakarta and willing to travel for duty
FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY – (FQS)
Responsibilities
- Bertanggungjawab atas keamanan produk saat pengolahan dan saat dikonsumsi, sehingga tidak menyebabkan bahaya microbiologi, kimia, fisika dan allergen.
- Menjamin penerapan QMS, HACCP, pathogen monitoring, CIP/Pencucian, kalibrasi instrumen CCP, release system, traceability exercise, lot identification, coding, recall dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan bahan-bahan kimia.
- Melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan dari sisi Quality Management untuk menghasilkan proses produksi yang lebih baik dan kualitas produk yang diharapkan.
Requirements
- Memiliki daya analisa, aspek kepemimpinan dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- 3-4 tahun pengalam di bidang dairy industry atau pengolahan makanan. Familiar dengan Halal system, food safety, QA/QC/ GMP, ISO, dll.
- Pendidikan S1 / S2 jurusan Kimia / Teknologi Pangan / Jurusan yg berkaitan. Min IPK 2.75 dari 4.00.
- Pemempatan untuk di Jakarta dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING MANAGER (TSM – JKT)
Responsibilities
- Set operation target for every local and overseas shipment regarding payment, document completion, on time delivery and on budget cost
- Good relation with custom clearance and familiar with policies, procedures and documents required
- Monitor shipment process and solve any tardiness effectively
Requirements
- Able to work independent as well as in team, have pleasant personality, adaptable, possess a positive attitude, be self driven and hard working
- Target oriented person.
- Good negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English
- 4-5 years experience in related position or transport/EXIM in food/dairy industry
- Minimum Bachelor of any major. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
- Placement in Jakarta and willing to travel for duty
IT SUPPORT – (ITB)
Responsibilities
- Membantu user/ karyawan terhadap troubleshooting
- Back-up server data dan sebagai Database / IT Administration
- Melakukan stock opname hardware dan software
Requirements
- IT Support untuk LAN Networking dan Instalasi Hardware & Software
- Kemampuan yg dibutuhkan: networking, hardware troubleshooting, OS windows and microsoft office.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menunjukkan serviced oriented
- Memiliki 1-2 th pengalaman di posisi yang sama
- Pendidikan D3/S1 SI / TI / Computer. Min GPA 2.70 out of 4.00
- Penempatan di Cicurug
HR & GA MANAGER – (HRGAM CICURUG)
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of all HR GA function
- Having role as company’s strategic partner to build and improve General HR system (recruitment, industrial relation and development, compensation & benefit, policies & procedures) to meet company’s vision and mission
- Manage and advise company policies and collective labour agreements
Requirements
- Able to work independent as well as in team, have pleasant personality, adaptable, possess a positive attitude, be self driven and hard working
- Have experience in handling more than 1500 employees (staff and workers).
- Having good analytical thinking and leadership
- 5-7 years experience in HR/GA field. Manufacturing or Dairy Industry would be advantage.
- Bachelor/Master of Psychology/Law. Min GPA 2.70 (Bachelor) and 2.80 (Master) out of 4.00
