We are currently engaged on some of the largest and most prominent development projects in the Asian region, comprising waterfront, resort and commercial types of developments.

We are seeking a Professional for our Jakarta office, PT. Townland International, to work on our rapidly growing portfolio of work across the Asian region. Candidates will ideally possess/be:

 

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

• Experienced in designing highly creative and innovative landscapes for the Asian markets;


• Able to represent us at international conferences and seminars;


• Fully conversed with hand and soft landscape documentation, from Concept Design through to Detailed Design;


• Able to coach and train our dedicated group of landscape architects towards excellence;


• Highly ambitious with a view of international recognition;


• 7 years postgraduate experience;


• Solid experience in the project management of signature projects;


• A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture;


• Willing to undertake international travels.

 

SENIOR ARCHITECT SPECIALIZED IN RESORTS

Requirements :

• Experienced in designing resorts and hotels;


• Dedicated to innovative planning and design solutions for complex hospitality issues;


• Able to represent Townland at international conferences and seminars;


• Knowledged about 5 star facilities and products for resorts and hotels;


• Highly ambitious with a view of international recognition;


• 7 years postgraduate experience;


• Solid experience in the project management of signature projects;


• Willing to undertake international travels.

 

DETAILED DESIGN TECHNICIAN/CAD OPERATOR

• Knowledge in Landscape Architecture or Architecture Detailing and Design Development packaging;


• Knowledge on technical landscape design or architecture design and construction;


• Computer literate in AutoCAD;


• A minimum of 3 years working experience.

 

SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER

• An experienced architect specialized in Urbanism;


• Able to represent us at international conferences and seminars;


• Able to coach and train on urban designers towards a full understanding of sustainable design;


• Dedicated to innovative planning and design solutions for complex urban issues;


• Passionate about Sustainable Urbanism;


• Highly creative and innovative;


• Highly ambitious with a view of international recognition;


• 7 years postgraduate experience;


• Solid experience in the project management of signature projects;


• Willing to undertake international travels.

 

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

• Dedicated to innovative planning and design solutions for urban and resort projects;


• Passionate about sustainable and green architecture;


• Highly creative and innovative;


• 0-2 years postgraduate experience;


• A relevant architectural background;


• Willing to learn how to become an experienced professional in sustainable architecture.
