- Responsible to operational of customer satisfaction study conduct well in each dealer
- Responsible to analyze customer satisfaction study result, determine the weak area and communicate with dealer
- Support dealer in implement improvement activity to increase the satisfaction results
- Guide and monitor dealer to implement Nissan Sales and Service Way standards
Requirements:
