We invite highly motivated and qualified individuals to grow with us in BINUS University, Jakarta – Indonesia, as:
LECTURER
Purpose of Job:
- Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within his/her classes according to the standard (Course Outline and On-Line Resources)
- Produce high quality research and publication
- Participate actively in community service programs
- Participate in the self development program
- Advise students on academic matters (e.g. learning style, curriculum, etc.) and/or conducting other activities (according to department’s job assignments)
- Participate in the peer review activities
- Increase the successful of Multi-channel Learning’s implementation
- Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standard, DIKTI’s standard and continuously improved to reach world-class standard
Requirements:
- Master Degree or higher in a relevant major (for major details, please visit binus.ac.id)
- Max. age 45 year-old
- Has min. 2-3 years work experience in Higher Education Institution (HEI)
- Has academic status (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik) form DIKTI would be considered as an advantage
- Holding teaching certificate or AKTA IV/V, would be considered as an advantage
- Has min 1 year experience in carrying out research
- Has passion in teaching and learning
- Interested to learn new things and is a fast-learner
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good analytical & conceptual thinking, skills, creative & innovative
- Computer literate and familiar with the internet
- Good communication skills
- Agree and able to work on Saturdays and to be located in all BINUS units/locations
