DEALER DEVELOPMENT STAFF – Code: DD


Job Specification :


  • Dept / Div : Dealer Development

  • Working Location : Nissan MT. Haryono (HO)

Job Description:


  • Dealer Management

  • Monitor dealer facility condition

  • Propose improvement project, such as relay-out especially for show room interior of current outlets

  • Dealer visit

  • Monitor and maintaining dealer profile system

  • Provide weekly and monthly progress report

  • Dealer Profile Management

  • Reporting

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Architecture or Interior Design with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.

  • Male, Single, 24 – 28 years old.

  • Fresh graduate are welcome for applying, preferably have experience in handling building project, interior or fit out.

  • Good analytical and concept design skill

  • Fluent in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Photoshop.

  • Fluent in English is a must (Oral and Written).

  • Have a good communication skill, dynamic interpersonal, highly motivated, initiatives, and a good team player.

  • Have ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task, target oriented, careful, detail and hard worker.

 


SALES INSTRUCTOR – Code: Sales Instructor


Work Location : Nissan Pos Pengumben (Jakarta)


Responsibilities


  • Conduct training preparation (Sales Training)

  • Deliver training in classroom

  • Evaluate and analyze training result

  • Develop and improve training material

  • Responsible to maintain all equipment and training facilities

  • Submit monthly report to superior

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree major in Automotive Engineering or Japaneese Language from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.

  • Has more than 2 years experience in automotive industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).

  • Male, Age 30-35 years old.

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

  • Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and high initiative.

  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.

  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard working, and has big interest in automotive.

 


PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE INSTRUCTOR – Code: Product Knowledge Instructor

Job Specification


Departement/Division : Manufacturing Cost Control


Work Location : Cikampek (Purwakarta)


Job Description :


  • Proceed asset requisition request

  • Maintains proper documentation and records to help Supervisors to analyze budget and actual variances, investigating and recommending remedial actions

  • Distribute CAPEX budget distribution to budget holder

  • Provide gap analysis (comparison between budget & actual expense)

  • Cooperate in basic unit improvement

  • Cooperate in technical improvement

  • Coordinate with all related function in CAPEX budget achievement activity

Requirement


  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Accounting, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.

  • Fresh Graduate.

  • Male/female, Age 22-26 years old.

  • Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.

  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.

  • Computer literate, mastering office application is a must (excel, power point, etc)

  • Fast learned, able to work as team, can work under pressure, available work overtime, and hard working.
