ACCESSORIES PLANNING STAFF – “AP”
Department : Accessories Planning Dept
Working Location : Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description
- Responsible to make planning of accessories (item and spec) will be launched in Indonesia.
- Responsible to make planning of conversion business (Autech, Nismo, etc) for each model in Indonesia.
- Together with Product Planning making life cycle plan of each model by utilizing accessories line-up.
- Cooperate with purchasing, engineering and other related dept to assure all plan work as smoothly.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Engineering.
- Preferably fresh graduate.
- Age 22 – 24 years old.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, presentation skill, and able to work in team.
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to travelling and available work overtime, hard working.
- Can drive car and has driving license (is a must).
- Have big interest in automotive.
SYSTEM ANALYST STAFF – “System Analyst Staff”
Department : Information System
Working Location : TB. Simatupang, Jakarta
Job Description :
- Identify user requirements, problems & needs.
- Analyze & design business application/software.
- Conduct testing & trial, including give training to users.
- Implement & monitor the project until go-live.
- Hand-over the project and manage smooth transition to operational section.
- Create standard documentation & regular report to his/her superior.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Information System, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have more than 2 years experiences in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Familiar with .NET programming, SQL database.
- Male/Female, age 22-28 years old.
- Have good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, & good perspective
- Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & team work
- Have to be fast learner, computer literate, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
- Able to communicate in English (both oral and written).
CALL CENTER STAFF – “Call Center”
Department : Customer Relation
Working Location : TB Simatupang (Jakarta)
Responsibilites :
- Contacting and interacting with customer as needed
- Follow up customer inquiries to internal party
- Monitor call center in trend
- Summarize call center activities
Requirement :
- Single, 24 – 30 years old
- Bachelor degree
- Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field, preferably having customer handling / call center background
- Have a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, able to work in team
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
- Has big interest in automotive
CORPORATE PLANNING STAFF – “CP”
Work Location : Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Responsible to Profit/Loss for all models vehicle
- Controlling and reporting contribution margin for all models vehicle
- Providing Price Approval for upcoming, refreshment, and export models
- Maintaining all model vehicle price list for Acc & Sales Dept
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3 out of 4.00.
- Female/Male, Age 23-26 years old.
- Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.

- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

SYSTEM ANALYST SUPERVISOR – “System Analyst SPV”
Department : Information System

Job Description :

INCIDENT PART & WARRANTY OFFICER – “Warranty”
Working Location : Cikampek
Main Job /Accountabilities :
- Receive Incident Parts from Dealer
- Update received Incident Parts at NSWS in WCF Status Menu
- Store Incident Parts in Warranty Storage according to received date and vehicle type
- Sort Incident Parts that has been stored for 6 months for Scrapping Process
- Do Scrapping Process – only destroy NG Parts (any useless parts)
- Collect Incident Parts that has been destroyed to be gathered in some area to be sold by SPC Team to third party
- Prepare Incident Parts that being requested by FQI/TS to be investigated internally or investigated by NML/NMT
- Prepare Incident Parts for the need of Local Supplier Chargeback
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Male, age 21-30 years old.
- Has min 1 year experience in the same field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Have good interpersonal relationship & communication skill, and able to work as team.

MARKETING OFFICER – “MKTOfficer”

Job Description :
- Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
- Responsible for specific product marketing, advertising, promotional and related activities.
- Liase with agency to develop creative marketing plan and events
