The company designs, builds and manages mobile telecommunication networks for telecoms equipment vendors and service operators in Asia-Pacific, enabling the successful implementation of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, 3G/UMTS networks. These are complemented by our comprehensive range of quality engineering services: project management, RF engineering & optimization, in-building coverage and macro-cellular telecoms implementation.

We need high qualified professional to join our team as:
Project Admin (Home Base Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities for Petty Cash/Advance/GE Project.
- Hande all document received or need to be submitted for internal or external/customer.
- Responsibilities for control project tools.
- Hande all Tickets and Accomodation Project, include preparing TRF and invoices submission (if any/region travel agent).
- Hande all PR/Capex + PO and coordination with Finance.
- monitor and prepare all office needs; stationary, office supplies, furniture, etc include request OB and Security’s salary and monitor their attendance.
- Support Team Leader Regional.
General Requirement / Qualifications:
- Female
- Bachelor degree in Economic/Engineering or related field.
- Able to analysis risk and problem for each milestone and escalate it to the respecting people to solve the problem in order to make sure the schedule is on track.
- Proficiency in English written and verbally.
- Experience minimum 1 years experience.
