• Operate CCTV system


• Process CCTV recording


• Control all CCTV equipments in stores


• Do the administration of CCTV system

Responsibilities

• Make travel arrangements for several Departments


• Arrange meetings for several Departments


• Make arrangements across functions


• Make minutes of meetings


• Prepare and handle budget for meetings

Requirements

• Female, maximum 30 years old


• Minimum D3 in any discipline


• Have 3-5 year(s) experience as Seretary (especially in retail business)


• Excellent communication skill, presentation skill and adaptive


• Applicants must be willing to work in Bintaro

HR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all jobs in the organization are timely evaluated and to ensure that HR Matters & Industrial Relations delivered in quality and compliance with government regulation.


• Ensure that systems and procedures are in accordance with policies.


• Advise to management on industrial relations strategy, to ensure continued productivity and profitability.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.


• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
