ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in the design and coordination of construction of structures and facilities. He/She will review standards, specifications, engineering drawings and other documentation to determine engineering requirements. He/She will co-ordinate with contractors to ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications and within the specified time and quality. He/She will prepare regular reports to Design Manager and participate in site meetings or perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any related major from a reputable University


• At least 4 years’ relevant experience


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD


• Strong technical ability in structural engineering with solid building experience is a must


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Working location: SCBD, Jakarta

HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration function of the company. He/She will work closely with line departments and implement appropriate recruitment strategies to fulfill their staffing needs and provide advice to managers on staff matters. Also, he/she will devise appropriate human resources and administration policies and manage all human resources and administration processes like payroll and benefits administration, expatriate visa, office supplies and maintenance and vendor management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related major from a reputable University


• At least 8 years’ relevant experience gained from property development or professional service firms


• Prior working experience in a start-up company will be an added advantage


• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills


• Good command in both written and verbal English


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Working location: SCBD, Jakarta
