SALES CONTROLLER (CODE: SC), BASED IN JAKARTA
Responsibility:
- Responsible for month end closing tasks and reporting, monitoring of sales performance, monitoring Marketing budget & expenses, Analysis of sales margin, Calculate sales incentives & customer rebates, maintenance of product costs and rebates in SAP, Analysis of new customer account applications, Checking Credit Note.
- Analysis of overall PnL as well as Product and Customer profitability
Qualification:
- Degree in Economic / Accounting / Management
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same fields or relevant.
- Excellent in computer skills such Microsoft Office (familiar with function in Excel is required and good command in English (oral and written).
- Excellent SAP knowledge.
- Well organized & willing to work in a team.
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET NATIONAL SALES MANAGER ( CODE : AMNSM ) BASED IN JAKARTA
Responsibility :
- Responsible and accountability for successful long term growth of OSRAM Automotive Business (Increase Market share in Indonesia).
- Train, educate and motive sales staff’s within focus on sell-out (demand creation).
- Ensure that we have the right product mix, product coverage, and distribution network by channel and pricing strategy.
- Plan, direct, evaluate, analyzing the selling, distribution and trade marketing activities for OSRAM business in order to achieve sales and distribution.
- Provide report such: monthly sales result, future trends, competition, suppliers, marketing initiative, product supply and distribution.
Qualification :
- Degree in any subject related.
- Good Understanding of 4P’s marketing Mix, Having knowledge and skills to sell premium Brand, Ability to work in difficult situation.
- Having trading background of lighting product , new channel development 4 wheeler (Truck, Mining, Car ) in Trade , retails, OES channel would be advantage.
- Result and process oriented, good leadership, communication, negotiation, customer oriented, and strategic mind set, organised and sales analytical skills.
