Responsibilities:
- Participate in coding, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration.

- Adherence to application developments guidelines & standards.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
- Fresh graduates (min. GPA 3.0 preferred) and individuals with less than 3 years of working experience in J2EE development are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Exposure in J2EE MVC frameworks such as Apache Struts / Apache Struts 2.

(SENIOR) / BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:
- Ability to conceptualise solutions, conduct research and development on leading practices, an innovative individual, working with both internal and customer teams
- Plan, gather, analyse and manage user requirements to recommend solutions to customers
- Conduct workshops and presentations to various levels of the bank clients
- Conduct and document user requirement, develop test scripts, user guides and training materials

- Collaboration with customers to prepare technical specifications.
- Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly.
- Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.
- Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standards / guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members.
- Support System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing environments.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks delegated.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Dot Net development especially on the followings: ASP.NET, DataSet, Object Oriented or XML

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering related
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Java development
- Good knowledge in J2EE design framework
- Programming experience in Struts, JSP, EJB, JDBC
- Experience in WebLogic / WebSphere platform
- Database programming (Oracle – PL/SQL, MS SQL – TSQL)

Responsibilities:
- To travel within Indonesia and responsible for growing and establishing new business penetration in the Banking Sector
- To develop and execute business plans and sales & marketing strategies
- To manage existing customers relationship to cross sell ancl to upkeep good relationship
- Continuously generate new sales leads and manage a healthy pipeline
- Responsible in frequent and constant reporting accurate sales progress report to Sales Director and management team
- Must possess a mature and good tearn work attitude to work closely with Hitachi eBworx support and delivery team
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business A dministratio n, Information Technology or its equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more project/s or parts thereof to successful completion
- Manage client interactions at all levels as the capital to achieve success
- Manage project team/s on-site and off-site in line with the implementation strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with other management groups on human resource, skill, and process deployments to uphold the quality hallmark on project deliverables
- Generate and keep current all documentation, including project and resource plans, commitment, risk and mitigation registers
- Adhere to and enforce project reporting procedures

Requirements:
