PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Weaving, Knitting and Warping)
Job Description:
- Promote safety and cleanliness in the department.
- Ensure a high quality of work is maintained.
- Meet the production goals for the department.
- Develop a team effort and work with supervisor associates.
- Develop a knowledge of all department equipment and machines.
- Develop knowledge and set standards.
- Operate Weaving, Knitting and Warping equipment.
- Ensure safety and quality training for associates.
- Develop startup and shutdown procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Knitting, Weaving and Warping field at Textile Company.
- Fair English skill is a must.
- Having strong verbal skills, high level decision making skills and organizational skills.
- Having strong supervisory skills and the ability to work well without close supervision.
- Having good written skills, customer service skills and a high level of mathematical ability.
