PRODUCTION BLOWING / MIXING STAFF

Qualifications :

• MALE, max. 37 years.


• Min. Diploma Degree (D3) – Mechanical Engineering / IndustrialEngineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering (For Blowing Production Staff) or Chemical Engineering (For Mixing Production Staff), or equivalent, with GPA Min. 3.00.


• Min. 1-5 years work experience as Production Blowing Staff / Supervisor,


• or Fresh Graduate or min. 1-5 years work experience as Production Mixing Staff / Supervisor.


• Have Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & 5S.


• Daily follow up with all parties concerned about safety, productivity, quality, and environment, Daily follow up of program productions, Setting Machines, Check on administration procedures regarding absenteeism, working hours, transfer of products, stock taking and others, Follow-up of recipes and use of raw materials, Regular checks on the use of auxiliary materials Organizing and checking of internal communication in the production department, Regularly reporting to Factory Manager/Head/Supervisor about all aspects going in the production environment, To organize / Participate in the technical training programmers of our factory’s employees.


• Have Leadership Skill, Conceptional skills and be able to apply, Humanity skills, Technical skills, Time Management Skill, Making or Taking Decisions Skill, Problem Solving skills, Monitoring skills and Create Production Report periodically to the Head of Blowing Department / Mixing Department in detail and in writing, and Presentation Skill.


• Have a clear future Mission & Vision for The production, and Results-Oriented / Target, Ability to organize and direct the team to Achieve Organizational Goals, and Able to Continue Improvement & Innovation in Blowing / Mixing Production.


• Fluent in English (both oral and written) preferably.


• Willing to work Shift & Overtime, Willing to work directly in The field (Genbaism), and Able to work individually and in teams.


• Emphatic, Meticulous, Deft, Dynamic, Active, Healthy in Physical & Spiritual, and Have good eyes to differentiate color (Tidak buta warna)


• For Mixing Production Staff: Must High Hardiness & Workaholic.


• Work Placement: in Cakung – Jakarta Timur, The same place below.

MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (MR)

ISO 9001 – 14001

Qualifications :

• MALE / FEMALE, max. 45 years old.


• Background Education: min. Bachelor Degree – All Major, with GPA Min. 3.00,


• Min. 2 years work experience as MR for ISO 9001 & 14001, or Min. 2 years work experience as MR for ISO 9001 & 14001 & 18001 preferably, (from Consumer Good (FMCG) or PMA manufacture preferably).


• Min. Have basic computers skills (windows, word, excel, power point) & the basics of drafting Systems and Procedures (SOP).


• Have Strategy, Leadership Skill, Time Management Skill, Making or Taking Decisions Skill, Problem Solving skills, Monitoring skills, Presentation Skill, and Make Reports periodically to the Top Management in detail and in writing.


• Have a clear future Mission & Vision, Results-Oriented / Target, Ability to organize and direct the team & all department related with ISO 9001 & 14001 to Achieve Organizational Goals, and Able to Continue Improvement & Innovation.


• Analytical ability and good planning, Emphatic, Conscientious, Responsible andHonestly, Dynamic, Active, Have a high commitment and integrity, Healthy in Physical & Spiritual, and Have good eyes to differentiate color (Tidak buta warna)


• Fluent in English (both oral and written).


• Willing to work Overtime & Under Pressure, Willing to work directly in The field (Genbaism), and Able to work individually and in teams
