TEKNISI ENGINEERING – JAKARTA PUSAT

QUALIFICATION

• Pria, usia maksimum 35 tahun


• Pendidikan terakhir minimum STM/SMK (Listrik, Elektro)


• Pengalaman minimum 2 – 3 tahun di Building Management


• Paham dan mengerti tentang listrik, AC, lift dan escalator


• Bersedia bekerja shift


• Pekerja keras, jujur, mandiri dan bertanggung jawab


• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik

NETWORK ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Male, maximum age 27 years old


• Diploma Degree in Information Technology


• Experience minimum 2 years in the same position


• Good knowledge in network system / TCP IP


• Having skill in Router/Switch, Microtic Router, Juniper Base Router, Routing Protocol (BGP, OSPF, MPLS)


• Additional skill : CCNA Certification


• Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadline


• Able to work independent


• Good attitude, good interpersonal skill and attention to detailed

MARKETING & PROMOTION STAFF

Requirements

• Female, max 28 years old


• Candidate must possess at least a S-1 Degree majoring Mass Communication from Reputable University


• Minimum 3 (five) years experience in the same field preferably from Property


• Able to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image


• Proficient in English (written and verbal)


• Results driven


• Strong customer service orientation


• A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success


• Life style savvy, good interpersonal skill, creative and innovative


• 10.Possess good networking

Main Responsibilities

• Create a strong brand image about our building


• Handle all types of promotion media


• Maintain and develop working relationship with tenant

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)

QUALIFICATION

• Male / Female maximum age 25 years old


• Educational background min. Senior High School


• Experience minimum 1 years in the same position


• Guest service oriented


• Willing to work long hour or shifting


• Able to work independent


• Able to work


• Good looking, good communication


• Good attitude, good interpersonal skill


• Good appearance


• English active

ADMINISTRATION STAFF

QUALIFICATION

• Female max. 28 years old


• Educational background min. Diploma


• Having at least 2 years experiences handling administration


• Possess initiative and ability to follow through as well as good communication skill


• Able to meet dateline and can work under pressure


• Able to join immediately


• Self motivation, and focus on details


• Positive attitude


• Has strong personality and honest


• Computer literate and Fluent in English

HRD & GA STAFF

Requirement:

• Female, single


• Minimum S1 Degree in Psychology from well-recognized University (GPA: 3.00)


• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply


• Have a good computer skills (e.g. Excel, M.S Word, Power Point etc)


• Have a good English communication skills both oral and written


• Have an outgoing personality, a good relationship building skills and good communication skills


• Strong commitment, trustworthy, team player and hard worker
