Our Client, A Leading Gold & Mining Company, urgently requires the following position:
QA/QC CIVIL – STRUCTURE
Skills/Qualifications:
- Male, Maximum 45 years.
- Minimum D3 or S1 for Civil Engineering
- Have Minimum At least have 3 (Three) Years Experiences in related position
Strong experience and high skill at Civil and Structural work at Field:
- Work Underground for Expansion project as TECHNICAL FIELD INSPECTOR CIVIL/STRUCTURAL
- Perform Inspection including, but not limited to ( Compaction, Reinforcement & Formwork Pre-Pour, Monitoring Concrete Placement & Finishing, Grouting, Steel Erection, Review Survey Data, Raise Non-Conformance Reports, Surveillance reports, etc.)
- Work with Field Engineers to capture any field changes, notification of design issues and implementation of engineers instructions.
- Assist in development of quality control procedures and assist construction team in execution of quality system.
- Co-ordinate with Central Services QA/QC senior management of additional testing or equipment requirements.
- Report to Central Services QA/QC Area Responsible of construction activities and quality finding daily.
- Able to understand drawing & International standard technic specification related to civil and structural work
SENIOR QA/QC MECHANICAL
Skills/Qualifications:
- Male, Maximal 45 Years
- Education: S-1 Bachelor Degree ( Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position especially in Building, Mining Infrastructure, Conveyor, Power Plant and Industries.
- Excellent in read engineering drawings and Material Take-Off (MTO)
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Ms. Project)
- Fluent In English : Speaking, writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong experience and high skill at Mechanical specially at rotating equipment work at Field:
- Work Underground for Expansion project as TECHNICAL FIELD INSPECTOR – MECHANICAL
- Perform Inspection including, but not limited to ( Torqueing Checks, Motor Alignment, Proper Assembly Sequence, Review Survey Data, Non-Conformance Reports, Surveillance Reports, etc. )
- Work with Field Engineers to capture any field changes, notification of design issues and implementation of engineers instructions.
- Assist in development of quality control procedures and assist construction team in execution of quality system.
- Co-ordinate with Central Services QA/QC senior management of survey or testing requirements.
- Report to Central Services QA/QC Area Responsible of construction activities and quality finding daily.
- Able to understand drawing & International standard technic specification related to Mechanical work
- Familiar to inspect installation of conveyor, Crusher, compressor & pump
SENIOR QA/QC INSTRUMENT (ELECTRICAL ENGINEER)
Skills/Qualifications:
- Male, Maximal 45 Years
- Education: S-1 Bachelor Degree (Electrical engineering degree or electrical trade qualifications or equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position especially in Building, Mining Infrastructure, Conveyor, Power Plant and Industries.
- Excellent in read engineering drawings and Material Take-Off (MTO)
- Minimum 4 years experienced in Instruments installation, Maintenance or Project Construction for Crusher, Conveyor, Batch Plant, water Treatment, Power plant & Fire suppression system
- Knowledge in one or more following system: I/O PLC, Fiber Optic, Electrical power substation, SCADA, DCS
- Familiar with inspection & Calibrations on Pressure transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Control valve, Level Transmitter.. etc
- Have good understanding of safe work practices and protective equipment usage
- Familiar with Instrument Code : IEC, ISA, ANSI, NFPA, ISO
- Good understanding on diagram instrument and P&ID drawing
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)
- Fluent In English : Speaking, writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
