3. Education : min. Diploma of any major


4. Experience min. 2 years in same level (preferable from Mall/Department Store)


5. Deep knowledge about training module, training procedure, training need analysis, training evaluation


6. Skills : presentation, communication, networking


7. Multitasking, detail, responsive, humble, can work underpressure, want to learn
