Responsibilities


  • Melakukan kegiatan promosi produk ke para dokter sesual dengan panduan perusahaan

  • Memastikan stok produk dan resep Dokter tersedia di Apotik/Formularium di teritorinya untuk dibeli pasien

  • Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan

  • Mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan sesuai arahan atasan Iangsung

  • Mempersiapkan dan menyerahkan laporan bulanan tepat waktu dan akurat

  • Menghadiri dan berpartisipasi aktif pada rapat team sales, acara pelatihan dan pendidikan guna menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kemampuan

Requirements


  • Pendidikan D3/S1 (diutamakan lulusan ilmu pasti atau farmasi) dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai MR selama 1 – 2 tahun atau pendidikan SMA (diutamakan lulusan IPA) dengan pengalaman minimal selama 3 tahun sebagai Medical Representative

  • Fresh graduate akan dipertimbangkan

  • Minimal mampu berbahasa lnggris pasif

  • Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

 


FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (FA)


Job Purpose :


ensure accurate record in general and sub ledger and timely preparation of financial report and assist in providing reliable monthly financial data for management and taxation purpose, and coordinate the accounting function, keep accounting records for reporting, comply with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK, GAAP, Novartis accounting Manual (NAM), and to ensure timely reporting and management of all financial reports.


Major Responsibilities :


  • Oversee day to day accounting transactions and handle full sets of accounts to ensure that all accounting record are complied with Indonesian accounting standard (PSAK), GAAP and Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM).

  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of all accounts on Balance Sheet and some accounts on Income Statement that relate to Balance Sheet and tax

  • Identify, resolve and prepare memorial journal for any discrepancies

  • Record proper GL account and verify the cost center related for every PR in e-shop system.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly accruals.

  • Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance to SOPs

  • Provide accurate data to be reported through eFRS system in timely manner.

Requirements :


  • Education : Certified Public Accountant, or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Economics.

  • Languages : Fluent (Oral & Writing) in English

  • Experience :

  • 3 years supervisory experience in auditing or accounting function

  • Experience in a manufacturing pharmaceutical will be an advantage

  • Some Tax Handling experience will be an advantage

  • Having experience on using SAP


PLANNER


Responsibilities


Job Purpose


Handling Planner activities Sandoz from create PR, monitoring arrival orders, monitoring release RM/PM, Create supply plan FG , Monitoring FG release until deliver the goods to distributor.


Major Accountabilities


  • Planning order with creates PR (Purchase Requisition) raw material, packaging material and semi-finished goods, monitoring arrival and monitoring release the goods.

  • Create supply plan of finished goods and daily update and inform weekly to all related department (production and quality)

  • Ensure material availability in status approve before creation COIO (Control Internal order).

  • Monitoring target release finished in line with target delivery FG to distributor.

  • Analysis working capital with optimize inventory value target.

  • Follow of order FG to 3 party manufacturing (PT Vitabiotic, PT Bernofarm , PT Prafa and PT Novartis)

  • Maintenance master data in SAP system

  • Regularly reporting KPI

Requirements


Background


  • Education :
    • Bachelor degree (S-1) in Economic, Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacies.


  • Experience :
    • Minimum 2 years in the related field


  • Technical qualification :
    • Basic manufacturing knowledge

    • GMP knowledge

    • Inventory management

    • Negotiation skill

    • Communication skill



QA OVERSIGHT


Responsibilities


Job Purpose


QA presence in the production floor


  • Oversight production process to ensure that production activity is executed according to approved procedure

  • Report and assist for any deviation occur in the shopfloor

  • Major Accountabilities

QA for Manufacturing:


  • Perform check/ verification in production floor.

  • Perform sampling for QC testing and stability

  • Oversight routine production activity and assist trouble shooting of any batch related problem

  • Perform batch deviation related inspection

Requirements


  • Education: Pharmacy Graduate

  • Requirement: Working experience of 2-3 years in pharmaceutical industry is desired, especially in as QA inspector or process validation.

  • Willing to work in shift 2 and 3, and overtime during weekend/ holiday.

 


MAINTENANCE MANAGER


Responsibilities


Job Purpose:


  • Provide, manages, and carries out preventive maintenance services, repair services, and retrofitting services for process utilities (including electrical/ telecommunication/ water/ HVAC/ boiler/ fire alarming system)

  • Initiates and supports lump sum investments for process utilities

Major Accountabilities


  • Proposes, discusses and agrees process utilities maintenance requirements with the system owners and set up maintenance programs/ schedules in accordance with valid qualification procedures and other valid regulations

  • Arranges and supervises or carries put maintenance tasks (including calibration) according to the approved program. Schedule and checks the execution and the result

  • Arranges and supervises or carries our repair tasks according or the approved program/ schedule and checks the execution and the result

  • Arranges and supervises or carries out (re)qualification tasks according to the approved program/ schedule and GMP requirements and checks the execution and the result

  • Arranges and supervises external engineering services for process utilities

  • Stays in close touch with Production to identity and schedule maintenance/ repair/ retrofitting/ investments demands

  • Stays in touch with Process Equipment section and Qualification and Laboratory Support section in order to guarantee assure optimum availability of process utilities and optimum GMP compliance

  • Stays in touch with Security Section in order to guarantee assure optimum availability and quality of all safety/ security related system

  • Arranges and controls the spare parts management for Process Utilities section

  • Carries out the working time accounting and the overtime planning for Process Utilities section

  • Proposes and arranges suitable training courses and programs for the Process Utilities section to improve and refresh the skills of all section members

  • Takes care of and carries out all other tasks related to the main tasks

  • Requirements

  • Background
    Education :

  • Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (S1/S2) from reputable university

  • Experience :

  • At least 5 years of working experiences in similar position in manufacturing industry, preferably from similar pharmaceutical company

  • Technical qualification :

  • Knowledge on cGMP, good knowledge, understanding and experiences to do mechanical/ electrical trouble shooting of process/ utilities equipment, have knowledge of chiller operation, HVAC system & purified water system, able to understand technical documentation and drawing, able to work in a team, able to supervise team, knowledge and experience in project management, and fluent in English.


BPA MANAGER – JAKARTA


Job Purpose


  • Under CFO’S supervision, provide support to finance and marketing departments within Sandoz operations in achieving optimization of shareholders value while helping to observe Group requirements.

Main Responsibilities


  • Verify and control the operational expenses (including marketing and promotional expenses) according to marketing plans, marketing conditions and the Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM) and the various SOP’s implemented within PT Sandoz Indonesia.

  • Monitor volumes, sales, mix and costs evolution and corresponding market, brand and channel profitability.

  • Coordinate with factory in doing KPI reporting as it affects the pharmaceutical business.

  • Control the monthly expense accruals for marketing and other departments.

  • Provide monthly reporting packages as required by local, regional and global management.

  • Coordinate with CEO, CFO, Marketing and Production for preparation of estimates and strategic planning processes.

  • Make business review presentations for local and regional management.

  • Entry of forecasts and budgets into FCRS as required.

  • Coordinate and prepare annual Targets for Sales, Expenses, and Balance Sheet budget details.

Ad-Hoc


  • Assist in New Business development with distribution, new product pricing, margin and cost estimates.

  • Lead analytical support in measuring key drivers of market performance, provide analysis and identify trends and opportunities in the local market.

  • Provide any necessary analysis and decision making information to assure the delivery of the company’s financial targets.

Requirements


  • Education

  • Certified Public Accountant, or

  • MBA (finance), or

  • University degree in finance or economics

  • Fluent (oral & writing) in English.

  • Three years managerial experience in financial accounting.

  • Three years financial management/corporate finance experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Some exposure to sales and marketing operations will be considered a plus.
