PAYROLL STAFF


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.

  • Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

  • Perform daily payroll operations.

  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENT:


  • Minimal educational background is Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any background

  • Having experiences in doing Payroll for minimal 1 year.

  • Familiar with payroll system especially calculating tax for employee (pph 21).

  • Fluently in English is an advantage.

  • Detail, organized, fast, good interpersonal skill and having a “Service Excellence” attitude.


SALES & MARKETING MANAGER


JOB REQUIREMENT:


  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years related experience in Transportation

  • Able to fluently communicate in English both spoken and written

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Genuine team player with a serene attitude

  • Strong leadership and good presentation skills

  • Eager to exceed targets

  • High motivated, energetic and with a great personality


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


  • The main responsibility is performing highly specialized finance & accounting work required to maintain the company’s general ledger. Working under the direction of the Director of Finance, directs and coordinates the daily activities of the finance& accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company. The incumbent should be a highly motivated self-starter with supervisory, review, and proofing experience.

JOB REQUIREMENT:


  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Accounting

  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, taxes, and the analysis and reporting of financial data

  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Accounting

  • Having minimal 3 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager

  • Detail oriented, organized, self motivation, and having a “Service Excellence” attitude

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


  • Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees.

  • Responsible in maintaining the company’s compensation and benefit system.

  • Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance.

  • Responsible in training and development programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team also participating in employee orientation program or other employee event such as employee gathering, etc.

  • Direct and supervise Human Resource general administration i.e. updating employee database, updating applicant database.

  • Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues and escalating them to appropriate management team.

  • Responsible in handle General Affairs matter from employee needs till maintaining all company facilitation (target is ‘healthy employee and healthy company).

  • Maintain good relationship with government department, employee relation, education institution, employment agencies etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT:


  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, preferable Psychology Degree.

  • Having experiences in HR Field for about 5 years with authority being as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

  • Having deep passions in Human Resources.

  • Having positive mind and able to establish and maintain healthy positive working relationships with people in course of work.

  • Familiar with payroll system including calculating tax for employee (pph 21).

  • Fluently in English is an advantage.

  • Detail, organized, good interpersonal skill and having a “Service Excellence” attitude.
