In 2012, our Group embarked on a new business niche in converting the space resources into serviced offices to create a unique and conducive environment with business solutions to support our business clients.

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Support all general aspects of front-desk duties with excellent customer service skills


• Handle clients’ telephone calls/ enquiries in a professional manner


• Ensure all clients’ requests and demands are met, including efficient handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback


• Responsible for the equipment maintenance, office supplies and monitoring inventory of the serviced office


• Provide secretarial and administrative supports when required


• Coordinate conference/ meeting room bookings


• Ensure the smooth running of the serviced office


• Ensure service productivity and quality standards are achieved


• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Sales & Marketing


• Candidates with exposure to customer oriented industry (hotel/ airline) will be an added advantage


• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)


• Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills


• Positive attitude with interest in delivering excellent service


• A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
