PROVIDER RELATION STAFF


Responsibilities:


  • Melakukan Sosialisasi dengan Provider ( Rumah sakit, klinik, Laboratorium ), Pendekatan dengan Provider ( Rumah sakit, klinik, Laboratorium ) yang dibutuhkan, Maintenance Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS), Mengolah & mengatur data provider, Mengontrol pembayaran provider, Set-up regular meeting dengan Provider, etc

Requirements:


  • Pria / Wanita, Usia 25 – 35 Tahun

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Semua Jurusan

  • Lebih diutamakan yang mengetahui tentang Asuransi, rumah sakit / tentang kesehatan

  • Diutamakan mempunyai latar belakang marketing Rumah Sakit

  • Berpenampilan Menarik dan Percaya Diri

  • Minimal IPK 2,75

  • Memiliki SIM C/A

  • Dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam team

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

  • Bisa mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik

  • Mau bekerja keras dan mandiri

  • Memiliki sifat yang jujur, tegas dan lugas


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (BENHIL – JAKARTA PUSAT)


Responsibilities :


  • Manage the accounting function in processing data and financial information to produce financial statements that the company needs in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Coordinate and control the planning, reporting and payment of corporate tax liability to be efficient, accurate, timely, and in accordance with applicable government regulations.

  • Plan, coordinate and control the cash flow (cash flow), especially the management of accounts receivable and payable, thus ensuring the availability of funds for health care operations and financial condition.

  • Plan and coordinate corporate budgeting, and control the use of the budget to ensure the use of the funds effectively and efficiently to support the company’s operations.

  • Plan and coordinate the development of financial systems and procedures and accounting, and controlling its implementation to ensure all processes and financial transactions running in an orderly and organized, and reduce financial risk.

  • Coordinate and conduct planning and financial analysis in order to provide input for the leadership of the company’s financial business decisions, both for investment, expansion, operations or financial condition.

  • Plan and consolidate the entire corporate taxation to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with tax laws

Requirement :


  • Female, maximum 30 years old

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bendungan Hillir, Jak-pus

  • Full-Time position(s) available


TECHNICIAN


Requirement :


  • Male, Maximum 40 year old

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

  • Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering – Others or equivalent.

  • Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.

  • Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things

  • Have SIM C

  • Willing to be located in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur

  • Full-Time position(s) available.


TAX STAFF (JAKARTA BARAT)


Requirement :


  • Female

  • Maximum 30 years old

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

  • Having certification of brevet A and B will be an advantage

  • Having knowledge and familiar with E-SPT, PPh Badan, PPN, tax planning & tax risk analyze

  • Individual and teamwork player

  • Full-Time position(s) available


CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Call (Inbound and Outbound)

  • Manage complain and inquire

  • Appointment Arrangement

  • Calculating benefit limit in timely manner

  • Running healthcare software

  • Benchmarking process

  • Brainstorming with Claim Analyst

  • Achieve KPI

  • Common Sense

  • Be an accurate and detail person

Requirements:


  • Female, max. age 30

  • Single

  • Minimum D3 from any major

  • Experience in health insurance, TPA Company or Assistance related industry with minimum 1-2 years is essential

  • Customer Service oriented

  • Moderate English

  • Highly Motivated

  • Willing to work in shift or overtime

  • Able to work under pressure


MEDICAL DOCTOR (MANAGER)


Responsibilities:


  • Medical Insurance Claim Assessment

  • Medical Claims Analysis for Statistical report purpose

  • Ensure claims comply with terms and conditions of insurance policy

  • Ensure claims are paid based on reasonable and customary charges.

Requirements:


  • General Practitioner

  • Good Command of English (Oral & Written), other language is advantage

  • Working experience in Insurance, TPA Company or Assistance related industry with minimum 1-2 years is essential

  • Willing to travel

  • Self-motivated, independent and customer focused with excellent problem solving skills

  • Well organized, able to work independently, able to manage a team
