CISCO COLLABORATION (VOICE) SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Proven experience minimum 1-2 years in network and voice environment


• Valid Cisco Systems CCNP Voice (Optional)


• Competency in Cisco Communication Manager, Cisco Communication Manager Express, Voice Gateway,


• Dialplan etc


• Competency in Cisco Telepresence Server, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, CTS500, and other Cisco


• Endpoints Device


• Familiar with Cisco Contact Center is preferable


• Valid Cisco CCNP Voice Certification

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT – COLLABORATION

Reporting to the PS Enterprise Network Team Leader, the role shall cover:

• Project scoping, systems architecting, proposal generation and proof of concepts execution


• Services delivery as in assessment, low level design, and network implementation planning


• With focus on collaboration infrastructure solutions

Competence, Experience and Skill – Required

• Early twenties, with excellent written & verbal communication skill


• Minimum 1 years working experience at a network systems integrator or large enterprise, with Cisco Collaboration / Cisco Unified Communication / Cisco UC Solutions / IP PABX solutions


• Fresh graduate with excellent academic background is welcomed to apply


• Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0


• Valid Cisco Systems’ CCNA and/or CCNA Voice certification is an advantage


• Competency on unified communication and video solution architecture


• Familiar with Cisco collaboration architecture


• Experience on low level network design & network implementation planning activities


• Has presales background such as configuring Cisco product Bill of Material, presentation, Proof of Concept


• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;


• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy;


• Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities


• Familiar with Cisco borderless and data center architecture (added value)
