We need high qualified professional to join our team as:

3G OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER (LOCATION: THAILAND)

Requirements :

1) 2 year+ WCDMA System Optimization experience, Through understanding about optimization parameters, having ZTE project experience is preferred.

2) Strong ability of RF troubleshooting: good experience for Field RF Optimization, like antenna tuning, coverage improvement etc and skills for optimization like: call drop , neighbor list, pilot pollution, HDSPA throughput etc.

3) Be excellent in communication in English (Oral & Written) and excellent interpersonal skills.

4) Be familiar with tools like Nemo/ Tems/ Mapinfo etc.

5) Willing to travel to Thailand at least 3 months.

6) Be able to work under pressure.

7) Work location : Thailand

Responsibilities

Responsible for cluster optimization, DT KPI analysis, DT analysis report, Optimization analysis report, KPI Optimization plan &schedule, Weekly Meeting with customer for report review. Manage the DT teams to follow the optimization activity schedule.
