Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational labelling firm that manufactures labels for a range of specialized sectors. Our client has increased sales within the last period and needs to accompany the growth with a strong sales professional of the highest quality to fill the job of National Sales Manager, to be based in Cikarang, Greater Jakarta. This is a wonderful opportunity for a highly motivated sales expert with background in consumer goods industry who is willing to work for a great company with successful sales growth in the country.


The winning candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales activities and management in Indonesia. The responsibilities will increase accompanying the company growth. The National Sales Manager is not only managing sales aspects in the company but is responsible for the general management aspects, which include strategic, admin, etc.


The winning candidate will be managing five people directly reporting to him and more employees related to sales and customer service and will work on strategic level to ensure the company’s growth in the country. Job Requirements


 Bachelor’s degree (min.) in engineering or management, Master’s degree preferred

Our client is looking for a candidate for the opportunity of working as a Senior Sales Executive with their reputed company. Ideally, the candidate should have a degree in science, biology or veterinary medicine with a minimum of 4 years’ experience selling products to industrial companies (companies with factories). The position is based in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for maintaining the current sales business, developing relationships with new clients and increasing sales.


Key job responsibilities will include:


 Performing sales activities to achieve an optimum level of business


 Formulating and implementing short- and medium-term sales strategies


 Achieving sales volume targets and growth within specific assignment


 Evaluations and approval of sales proposal prior to proposal release (evaluations must cover legal and commercial aspects)
