INVENTORY PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Issuing purchase order for material within his/her responsibilities


• Follow up order to ensure that all material arrive or available according to production schedule or at the requested time


• Asking quotation, negotiate and follow up on order confirmation and supporting documentation from suppliers


• Licensing requirements to for important to ensure product arrival


• Working together with QA for any incompliance coming from supplier and monitoring the progress


• Filling document ; purchase order, quotation, shipping document that related to ordering process

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management, preferably form Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods Industry.


• Having knowledge in Inventory Management


• Having knowledge in Export Import Procedures & terms of delivery


• Having knowledge in International Payment Terms


• Good in Negotiation skill


• Gaood command in English both oral and written


• Certified in ERP System : Scala and SAP will be advantages
