SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
• Responsible for calculated, update and checking Overtime, Salary, Medical claim, and incentive
• Responsible to making report of Jamsostek and PPh21
• Responsible for the payment of the employee salaries, incentive and overtime pay of employees.
• Hiring and recruitment
• Understand industry labor law
• People development
• Able to correspondence in both Bahasa and English
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
