SOLUSI RUMAH CPM KEY ACCOUNT


Jawa Tengah & Jawa Timur


Scope of works :


Monitor the overall CPM Franchise Business network within certain area or for certain key accounts, including obtaining major investors/franchisers by presenting the business model and cement market data analysis related to other building materials, building and maintaining network to attract new investors and conduct market development (within the particular area or for certain key accounts); Manage CPM Franchise Business Network within certain area and/or for certain key accounts by ensuring standard quality of products and services over time and assuring investors adhere to the set standards outlined in the franchise agreement and/or requirements related to franchising roll out while providing sound business advice on growing the Solusi Rumah business within a certain area and/or for certain key accounts.


Requirements


Education :


Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major


Experience :


  • Sales/ business development experience and certain construction project management exposure is preferred

  • Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as project manager, assistant project manager, supervisor/ coordinator or architect and designer

  • Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management

Computer literacy :


  • Computer literacy ; SAP, MS Office & Lotus Notes

Language :


  • Excellent command of written & spoken English

Other qualification / skills :


  • Strong passion in business development

  • Strong drive for execution

  • Demonstrate good sales Ability/ persuasiveness and negotiation skill

AREA SALES CORDINATOR CENTRAL JAVA REGION


Jawa Tengah


Scope of works :


To perform, develop and maintain the sales volume, penetration and distribution in the assigned marketing area for the retail market including:


  • Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accurate, efficient and appropriate data to support Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales target for the customer segment.

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers (conventional and Solusi Rumah)

  • Maintaining and expanding sales in his area (against target), including:

  • provide support for the related Regional Sales Manager

  • provide support for and direction to Sales Officer and Business Advisor

  • develop sales activities to support volume and availability to the channel

Requirements


Education :


  • Minimum graduate in any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture and Management

  • Have certificate in quality management or minimum understand on the quality management.

Experience :


  • Minimum 5 year experience in sales and preferably 2 years in similar products

  • Experience in the retail sales industry would be an advantage

Computer literacy :


  • Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user

Language :


  • Good command in English both oral & written

HEAD OF TECHNO COMMERCIAL

Scope of works :


Promote our Value Added Solution (VAS) to architect, consultant engineer, and owner.


ICS from sales process to application and support sales team to solve technical complaint and convince customer from technical aspects.



Requirements


Education :


Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably with a degree of Civil Engineering.


Experience :


Preferred working experience of 8 years key account management in building material with an extensive knowledge of the Indonesian cement, concrete and aggregates market and strong relation with both government and private institution (owner, consultant, architect).


Computer literacy :


Proficient with Ms.Office (Excel & Word, PowerPoint)


Language :


Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia

Scope of works :


  • Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in SR CPM HIL. Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for SR in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.

  • Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.

  • Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Requirements


Education :


Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance


Experience :


  • Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.

  • Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.

  • Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage

Language :


Good command of spoken and written English
