ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities

• Handle all the executed financial transactions and do the data entry into MYOB system (purchases, sales, cash, bank transactions, and record journal entry)


• Present the Stock Journal report: end of the month stock report and MYOB balance report


• Send data to Tax Consultant for tax report according to each report’s datelines


• Collect the tax return report and withholding evidence from Tax Consultant and Taxable Professional Service Providers


• Collect all the Tax Invoice from Taxable Employers / Assessable (external vendors)

Requirements

• Age 21 – 30 years old


• Minimum education D1


• Knowledge and experience with financial and accounting administration software – MYOB


• A minimum one-year experience in the same position


• Detail-oriented data entry


• Computer literacy (Microsoft excel & word)


• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
