LAND ACQUISITION OFFICER

Requirements

• Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.


• Contacting the owner of the land, the location and check the letter validity and negotiating the price.


• Having good communication and negotiation skills.


• Diploma/Bachelor in law/any major, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.


• Having 1-2 years experience in property would be advantage.


• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
