- Expert in catering operational, can manage food cost & create margin.

The Candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong leadership and technical qualities as well as administrative expertise in the facility service & housekeeping areas with exposures to the broad range of Operational experience from the four and or five star hotel chains. Applicants should posses a strong capacity in the people management and housekeeping techniques with ample knowledge of computer applications, good inter-personal skills and training methodologies and excellent written and oral communication in English.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Graduate Min. From Diploma 3 of reputable Hotel & Tourism University majoring in Housekeeping.
- Male or Female, age around 35 – 40 years old.

- Familiar : Handling client complain, Finance report, Invoicing Control, billing telephone report , pantry supply, etc.
- Familiar Maintain Office Facility : Conditioning Operating System, Data Center Electricity such; UPS, Panel, ATS, Cooling Tower, Health & Safety Management, Building Contract and Parking, etc
- Able to make client Facility Monthly report in English
- Having excellent ability to monitor all properties
- Having a strong leadership, managerial skill, excellent interpersonal skill, computer skill
- Good communication skill in English

ENGINEERING LEAD – DKI JAKARTA
Key Responsibilities:
- Assit Senior Management to supervise the Engineering Team to look after the daily maintenance of M&E equipment plants
- Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of the property
- Monitor the performance of contractors
- Prepare all required H&S documentation for reactive BES and Associated PPM’s
- Plan maintenance program for maintenance and retrofitting works
- Efektive energy management
- Prepare technical report
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree to include Electrical Competency
- Have min. 3 years experience within an FM related engineering operation
- H&S Experience and Certification (Knowledge of Risk Management)
- Male with age Min. 35 years old with Potential Leadership Qualities, self starter with execellent interpersonal skills
- Good facilitator and agent of change, strong analytical and problem solving skills and having a passion in driving others to learn about service improvement and innovation.
- Good in English both oral & written.

BRANCH BUSINESS MANAGER
FOR PALEMBANG and BANJARMASIN BRANCHES (2 Position)
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Min. 3 years experience as Branch Manager or Regional Sales Manager
- Min. S-1 degree, aged min 35 – 40 years old
- Residential in Palembang and Bajarmasin preferable.
- Proven track record in expanding area, increasing growth, margin or revenue
- Preferably from service industry
- Exposure to multi-national companies is an advantage
- Highly capable in operating microsoft offices; able to speak English, drive a car and willing to work long hours, travel extensively, work under pressure; dynamic, high adaptability
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin and Palembang for permanent time
