LEGAL SUPERVISOR

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and contract drafting


• Assisting the head of corporate legal division in performing various tasks related to legal matters in company


• Preparing legal letters and agreements


• Negotiating contract


• Handling complain external and internal

Requirements:

• Minimum 28 years old


• Experienced in drafting and reviewing contract (both in Bahasa and English)


• At least 4 years of working experience in retail or property industry


• Detail oriented and strong analytical skill


• Good knowledge of corporate law including law documents preparator, litigation, contract negotiation


• PERADI license
