ADMINISTRATION (ADM)

Responsibilities

• Record the outgoing & incoming mail, office document archivist and reception


• The recapitulation of production data, attendance data & record office supplies


• Recorded evidence cash revenues and expenditures

Requirements

• Male, max age 33 years old


• Bachelor Degree (S1) or minimum Diploma 3 – Administration, Economic, Informatics computer


• Ability to operate computer & internet


• 2-3 years of working experiences is an advantage


• Hardworking, attentions to details, most importantly consistent and good in communicating

 

SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.


• Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.


• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.

Requirements

• Male, max age 40 years old


• Bachelor Degree (S1) or minimum of Diploma 3 – Mining, civil engineering


• Ability to operate computer & Internet


• 5-3 years of working experiences is an advantage


• A future leader that will be the crucial part of the company, Reasonable, motivated and hardworking, well organized and good in communicating
