FLEET OPERATIONAL STAFF
Department : Sales
Working Location : Jakarta
Job Description:
LKPP
- Handling documentation hand-over
- Support Input price to e-cataloque
Blue Bird
- Distribute approved proposal discount to delaers
- Filling management of proposal discount approval
- Monthly Report of NMDI discount subsidy
Duty Free Sales
- Hand-over of documentation (Proforma Invoice, Invoice, PPL/PPI, PP8) to customer
- Arrange Delivery and preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, any major from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3 out of 4.00.
- Male, Age 23-28 years old.
- Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, and more on accuracy.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure with tight deadline, available work overtime, and has big interest in automotive.
- Has an ability to drive a car and has driving license SIM A.
