QA STAFF (JAKARTA)

Uraian Pekerjaan

• Memantau kualitas produk selama proses produksi berjalan


• Memantau kualitas bahan baku yang digunakan untuk proses produksi


• Memantau pelaksanaan Control Plan


• Memantau pelakasaan Hygenis Karyawan dan GMP


• Memantau pelaksanaan analisa mikrobiologi


• Menganalisa data SPC


• Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Daan Mogot (Jakarta)

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Fresh Graduate – 2 tahun pengalaman


• D3 atau S1 Teknik Kimia, Analis Kimia, Kimia MIPA, Kimia Industri


• IPK Min 2,75


• Tidak buta warna


• Menguasai Ms Office


• Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta atau Cikarang


• Bersedia untuk menghadiri tes dan interview di Bandung

INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Handle Industrial Relation, GA and other


• Building Maintenance all branch in Indonesia


• Handling Expatriate Working Permit

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) / (D3) Management / other, with minimum GPA of 3,00 out of 4.00 scale


• Minimum 4 years experience (preferably experience in Beverages / FMCG industries).


• Have experience deal with Labour Union, Depnaker and other


• Have experience handling Security, Cleaning Service, Building Maintenance.


• Have experience handle expatriate working permits


• Self motivated, having excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with high integrity


• Computer literate, like Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point etc) and Internet


• Willing to placed at Pasuruan

CHIEF ACCOUNTING (BANDUNG)

Job Descriptions :

• Directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the Authority.


• Responsible for monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and tax planning in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.


• Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting team (including, but not limited to, cash, reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.


• Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.


• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting faculty.


• 2 years experience in the same position and preferably from experience in audit company or manufacturing.


• Having good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation.


• Strong and effective communication skills in english, both verbal and written.


• High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self-dicipline, result oriented, and able to work under perssure to deliver timely dan accurate results.


• Computer literate, preferably familiar with ERP Software.


• Willing to be placed in Solok (Padang), Padalarang (kab Bandung) & Surabaya.
