COMMUNITY MANAGING
[Job Description]
- Promote and do online marketing properly of each game’s issues (event, update, notice, etc) into community system.
- Hears and gather the users’ opinion (question, complaint, suggestion) and deliver it to the related team.
- Manage the contents, creation and administration on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Klub and Web Forum.
- Coordinate with web planner and design team to define goals & objectives for site performance and social media channel activity.
- Planning some events, partnered with other teams (Game Business Unit, Design, Marketing, etc.) to leverage both paid and organic opportunities.
[Requirements]
- Good communication skills (Indonesian & English language)
- Fresh graduate (or with 1 year experience in community)
- Young, energetic, creative & initiative
- Female/Male, max. 25 years old
- Good looking
- Familiar with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Forum, Youtube, Klub)Have passion in online gaming is preferred
