MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Essential Reponsibilities
- Create manufacturing order routing
- Establish standard cycle time on manufacturing process and monitor the actual achievement
- Prepare Numerical Control (NC) programming
- Prepare best tooling to optimize production performance on both quality and quantity
- Coordinate problem solving on metal cutting method, tooling and fixture application
- Conduct thorough analysis on manufacturing variances
- Perform statistical approach on manufacturing performance reporting
- Actively support EHS programs in the plant
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in engineering discipline with at least 2 years experience in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to read blue-print
- Knowledge in machining process, welding process, design of fixture and tooling
- Computer literate in Windows environment and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM NC programming
