We are currently seeking qualified professionals to fill thefollowing position :

SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

Required Qualifications/Skills(*):

• Female / Male


• Maximum age 30 years old


• Has a Diploma / degree with specialisation


• Minimal GPA 3 (scale 4,00)


• At least 3 months’ experience within the last 2 years working as a Science Technician in a school


• Good command of English


• Flexible and adaptable approach to work


• Ability to work alongside young people and adults


• Honest, responsible, disciplined, creative, highly motivated, demonstrates initiative, and a good team player


• Able to stay “on task”


• Able to represent the laboratory in a positive manner


• Basic computer literacy with a knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Science-related Programme

PRIMARY SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHER

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To work with grade classes and develop their basic English ability in line with preparation for the iPSLE.

Required Qualifications/Skills (*):

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or English and/or teaching certificate (QTS) an advantage


• A TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate an advantage.


• Native or non-native expatriate or local hire will be considered dependent on qualifications, experience, and communication skills.


• Teaching experience amounting to a minimum of 2 years in a school environment.


• Preferably, experience using the iPSLE curriculum. Otherwise, experience with curriculum designs an advantage.


• Experience using ‘My Pals Are Here’ an advantage.


• Ability to teach Math/Science an advantage.


• Fluent in English a must.


• Willing to work in a team, self-motivated, ambitious, approachable, and articulate, have integrity, and initiative.


• Additional experience with Experiential Learning methods an advantage.

ENGLISH ORAL, SPEECH & DRAMA AND STORYTELLING TEACHER (Kindergarten)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To work within the Kindergarten Department, and develop young learners’ spoken English ability through storytelling, speech and drama and oral classes

Required Qualifications/Skills(*):

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or English/Child Psychology or Educational Psychology is required. A PGCE and/or teaching certificate (QTS) an advantage.


• A TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate an advantage.


• Native teacher with excellent diction.


• Due to the nature of the role, non-native expatriate or local will be hired or considered dependent on qualifications, experience, and, most importantly, diction in speaking and overall communication skills.


• Teaching experience amounting to a minimum of 3 years in a school environment.


• Must be experienced with Young Learners (YL).


• Must be extremely creative.


• Fluent in English a must.


• Willing to work in a team, be self-motivated, ambitious, approachable, articulate, have integrity, tact, patience and initiative.


• Additional experience with Experiential Learning methods a distinct advantage.
