ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – JAKARTA BARAT

Job Requirement

• Male/Female (max. 35 years old)


• Bachelor degree from reputable university


• Minimum 3 years of inside/outside sales experience


• Familiar or experienced in a consultative sales methodology and value based selling


• Excellent sales and negotiation skills


• Good business sense


• The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team


• Excellent communication and ‘people skills’ good planning and organizational skills


• The ability to work calmly underpressure


• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets


• Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented, detail oriented and a well-developed sense of drive.

 

BARISTA

Job Descriptions :

• Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time


• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals


• Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers with Kaffein standard


• Maintains Quality store operations such as following store standard of procedure for operational flow, merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products, cleaning standard etc.

Job Requirement :

• Active communication in English.


• Maximum age is 25 years old. Fresh graduated are welcome.


• Good interpersonal skill and having deep passion in Food & Beverage field.


• Must have Service Excellent attitude.


• Able to work in shifting working hours, on weekend and public holiday.

EVENT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Preparing all technical needs related to the events


• Coordinating the vendors, and all the participants


• Scheduling the meetings


• Making the Final Report

Job Requirement:

• S1 Degree in any major from reputable university (Communications/ Marketing is advantage)


• Having min.3 years experiences in the same field


• Having strong interpersonal skill


• Strong command of english


• Demonstrated good written and oral communication skill


• Good command in social networking
