TECHNICIAN WEAVING/ TEKNISI WEAVING
Persyaratannya:
- Pria, maks 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min. SMK jurusan Teknik (mekanik/elektrik)
- Diperlukan keterampilan : pengetahuan yang baik dalam mesin tekstil tenun (weaving)
- Mempunyai pengalaman selama 2-3 tahun didalam bidang tekstil tenun (weaving)
- Pelamar harus bersedia untuk bekerja di Purwakarta.
- Memahami manual bahasa Inggris
SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Content:
The Sales Executive is responsible for the maximization of sales for our company’s high-design and innovative products. The Sales Executive shall help in the turnover of sales and provide data regarding changes required in the product to meet customerstandards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales executive is the key point of contact between the company and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Organizing and making sales visits in an assigned region in Indonesia
- demonstrating/presenting products
- establishing new business
- Negotiating contracts with mattress producers, retail chains and other target customers.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications.
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers
The Sales Executive will receive training in house and after gaining the required skills, promotional prospects are excellent – progression can be into sales or account management role.
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Good commercial awareness
- Have initial experience in B2B Sales
- Hard seller in volume sales in a price competitive environment
- Maturity, confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
- Should be capable of thriving in a competitive market.
- Enthusiastic, negotiator, commercially driven and ‘hands on’ personality
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Mandarin speaking ability is an asset.
- Willing to travel frequently
- Result, professional oriented and good taste of style
COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT
Your Job Contents
After a solid period of training, you will be responsible for the commercial management of our customer base in Indonesia and abroad. You guarantee a problem-solving approach of the customers’ needs.
Your Duties
- Process orders/samples and execute follow-up
- Follow-up on payments and overdues
- Manage the Sales Database
- Prepare monthly ‘Sales Report’
- Keep Sales Manager updated on market situation
- Process and handling of customer complaints
- Prepare and make reservations for Sales Manager’s business trips
The Employee will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager (expatriate).
Your profile
- We are looking for a result and professional oriented person with a high interest for textiles and with a good taste for style.
- You are an enthusiastic, communicative and commercially driven personality who can negotiate on different levels.
- You have graduated in higher education (min. diploma) and have at least initial experience in sales – preferably in the textile industry.
- You speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently.

WEAVING SUPERVISOR
Job Contents:
- Production planning deployment
- Make sure all resources (material, machines, labors, supplies etc) are available to commence production as planned
- Make sure production runs in high efficiency at the low defect rate (high quality)
- Provide shop floor leadership to ensure all deadlines are met
- Make sure maintenance program is correctly executed
- Conduct the root cause analysis to improve productivity
- Coordination across departments to deliver output as per planning.
Requirement:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor of Textile Engineering
- At least has 5 years production experience and min. 2 years in Weaving
- Strong floor leadership
- Good analytical skill
- Attention to detail
- Good communication, inter-personal skill
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure
ASST. MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Primary functions of Jobs:
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of DC Asia
- Manage the accounting team of DC Asia and Work closely together with external accountants
- Ensure that the information available is accurate and reliable & comply withprocedure adopted by company & group
- Ensure that book keeping comply with tax/government regulation
- Working closely with external auditor & tax auditor
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Master Degree is Advantage
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing company & has experience inwestern company
- Understand tax regulation
- Understand & able to calculate cost of goods sold
- Result & detail oriented & has analytical skill
- Leadership & management skill
- Self motivated, team work & able to maintain performance under pressure
- Mature, hard worker, discipline & honest
- Willing to travel abroad
