ENGINEERING STAFF - “Engineer – PWT”
Job Specification :
Dept / Div : Production Engineering
Working Location : Nissan Power Train
Job description :
- Ensure all improvement activity should be implemented as C/M
- Make detail activity and control the implementation in process
- Trouble shooting & analysis of finding defect and leveling
- Feedback & control of CLAIMS
- Counter measure activity
- Control of defect in plant
- Follow up testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Min 1 year experience in similar field (fresh graduate are welcome for applying)
- Male, 23-30 years old.
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
- Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job
PAYROLL STAFF (TEMPORARY FOR 6 MONTHS ONLY) – “HR Admin”
Department : HR
Working Location: Head Office (Jakarta)
Responsibilites :
- To handle payroll supporting activities, such as checking medical claim, absence, overtime, cooperation.
- Create supporting document for welfare payment, such as condolences, marriage, etc.
- Doing job related personnel matters such as making employment confirmation letter.
- Input in HRIS system for new employee data and change employee data.
Requirement :
- Diploma degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has 1 year experience in the same field.
- Female, 22-26 years old.
- English: passive.
- Computer literate and more on accuracy.
- Hard working, has good interpersonal skill, and communicative.
ACCESSORIES PLANNING STAFF – “AP”
Department : Accessories Planning Dept
Working Location : Head Office (Jakarta)
Job Description
- Responsible to make planning of accessories (item and spec) will be launched in Indonesia.
- Responsible to make planning of conversion business (Autech, Nismo, etc) for each model in Indonesia.
- Together with Product Planning making life cycle plan of each model by utilizing accessories line-up.
- Cooperate with purchasing, engineering and other related dept to assure all plan work as smoothly.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Engineering.
- Preferably fresh graduate.
- Age 22 – 24 years old.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, presentation skill, and able to work in team.
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to travelling and available work overtime, hard working.
- Can drive car and has driving license (is a must).
- Have big interest in automotive.
CORPORATE PLANNING STAFF – “CP”
Work Location : Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Responsible to Profit/Loss for all models vehicle
- Controlling and reporting contribution margin for all models vehicle
- Providing Price Approval for upcoming, refreshment, and export models
- Maintaining all model vehicle price list for Acc & Sales Dept
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3 out of 4.00.
- Female/Male, Age 23-26 years old.
- Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure with tight deadline, available work overtime, and has big interest in automotive.
R&D MANAGER – “R&D Manager”
Dept / Div: Research and Development
Working Location: Nissan Cikampek
Job description :
- Response for part development, localization,quality for all Indonesian model
- Participate in meeting related new model part localization quality task team, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Min 3 years experience in similar field
- 30-40 years old.
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
- Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job
