ADMIN PROJECT ( ADM )

Requirement:

• Male/Female


• Max. 30 years old


• Minimum Diploma degree in any major


• Have working experience at least 3 years as administration


• High Motivation, team work, meet tight deadline


• Good knowledge in administration flow and petty cash


• Energetic, neat, good communication and smart work


• Have a good filling system ability


• Good English and Computer Literature

 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / MARKETING EXECUTIVE ( AE )

Requirement:

• Male/Female


• Max. 35 years old


• University Degree


• Min. 3 years experience in a marketing role, in particular advertising, event management and e-marketing.


• High Motivation, team work, meet tight deadline


• Strong communication, Presentation and inter-personal skills


• Independent worker


• Good English and Computer Skill

 

CREATIVE PRODUCTION

Requirement:

• Male / Female


• Max. 35 years old


• Minimum of University degree in MICE / Film Production / Graphic Design


• Min. 3 year exp. in particular advertising, event management


• High motivation, team work, meet tight deadline


• Strong communication, Presentation and inter-personal skills


• Portofolio attached (Compulsory)


• Preferable Computer Literate (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Max, Freehand)

 

SENIOR HR ( HR )

Requirement:

• Male/Female


• Max. 35 years old


• University degree in Psychology/Management/ Law, IPK min : 2,9


• Min. 5 years experience in the same field


• High Motivation, team work, meet tight deadline


• Having good knowledge in recruitment, Jamsostek, labor law and regulations.


• Having knowledge and experience in : Job Analysis & Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit Administration, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relation and KPI


• Good analytical ability, strong interpersonal, communication skill & able to work in a team.


• Have a good filling system ability


• Proactive, pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced.


• Good English and computer literate (Microsoft Office & Internet).
