ESTIMATOR

Requirements:

• Pria / Wanita, maks. 30 tahun


• D3 / S1 Arsitek / Sipil / Interior


• Penempatan di Pamulang, Depok


• Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Estimator, terutama di Industri Furniture


• Menguasai CAD dan dapat membaca Gambar Kerja


• Melakukan Estimasi Material dan Labor yang dibutuhkan


• Melakukan dan mengawasi Budgeting Material


• Menganalisa perbedaan Budgeting Material dengan Aktual


• Bertanggung jawab, akurat dan pekerja keras


• Proaktif dan dapat bekerja sama secara individu maupun di dalam team


• Dapat segera bekerja

PURCHASING STAFF

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max. 30 years


• D3 from All Majors


• Placement at Pamulang, Depok


• Minimum of 2 years working experience as Purchasing Staff, preferable in Furniture Industry


• Ability to work under pressure to handle multiple projects at the same time, responsible to time schedule, result and target oriented.


• Proactive, Excellent communication skill and teamwork


• Good command of computer skills (MS Office and Excel)


• Pleasant Personality and appearance


• Ready to work immediately

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Requirements:

• Female, age max. 30 years


• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design


• Relevant working experience is preferred (2-5 years)


• Able to conceptualize and have creative flair


• Good knowledge in construction drawings and detailing


• Well versed in AutoCad and 3D Studio Max/Photoshop


• Good project management skills


• Handling of project independently from inception through completion, an added advantage


• Effective writing and communication skills


• Resourceful, organized, and has a high level of self responsibility


• Team player

Responsibilities:

• To provide interior design and project management expertise and related services


• To meet and discuss with clients regarding project scope, budget and time schedule


• To receive info from client and discuss project with internal project team and contractors


• To conceptualize and carry out concept design, research, space planning


• To prepare design development, design detail & development drawings and documents


• To prepare 3D visualization & AutoCad working drawings


• To prepare design & construction documentation. To handle project coordination

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements:

• Wanita, maks. 30 tahun


• D3 / S1 Accounting / Keuangan


• Penempatan di Pamulang, Depok


• Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Accounting Staff, terutama di Industri Furniture


• Kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan bertanggung jawab atas jadwal kerja yang ditetapkan


• Proaktif dan dapat bekerja sama secara individu maupun di dalam team


• Dapat segera bekerja

DRAFTER INTERIOR

Requirements:

• Pria / Wanita min. 2 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Drafter Interior


• Dapat bekerja dalam team, komunikatif, mampu bekerja dalam tekanan target jadwal


• Pendidikan min STM/ D3


• Menguasai AUTOCAD


• Menguasai 3D Max / Vray, Photoshop, Sketchup adalah nilai tambah


• Kreatif, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male, max. 35 years


• STM / D3 / S1 (Major in Architectural / Bulding / Civil Engineer)


• Experience min. 2 years as Project / Construction / Interior Supervisor


• Well knowledge in Construction & good understanding of Drawing Sheet


• Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a Team Work


• Great Leadership, Integrity and Communication Skill


• Responsible, Precise, and Hardworker


• Ready to work immediately

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Female, age max. 30 years


• S1 from All Majors


• Minimum of 2 years working experience as Marketing, preferable in Design Interior, Houses/Apartment, and Office


• Proactive and Strong Confidence


• Good Communication and Presentation skill


• Great Interpersonal skill, Proactive, Persuasive and Strong Confidence


• Target Oriented and ability to work under pressure


• Highly Motivated and Creative


• Wide range of Networking and Relations


• Computer literated
